StampDr provides an online stamp maker that helps you design and download custom stamp artwork for business, personal, and creative use. These terms outline how the editor, templates, and generated files may be used. Please read them carefully before creating or exporting any design.

By accessing our online stamp maker you agree to follow these terms, our privacy policy, and any guidelines referenced here. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform or download template files.

You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a legal guardian, to use the online stamp maker. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information uploaded or entered while designing a stamp.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe activity violates these terms, infringes intellectual property, or disrupts the platform for other users.

StampDr offers free and premium templates. You may customize templates, export final designs, and use them for personal or business purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

When you upload logos, text, or images, you confirm you hold the rights to use that material. StampDr does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You are responsible for ensuring any content added to a template complies with laws, intellectual property rules, and third-party agreements.

You agree not to use the online stamp maker to create or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or promotes harmful activity.

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or excessive requests that impact service stability are prohibited. We monitor usage to protect platform integrity for all users.

StampDr provides a free tier for experimenting with the editor and downloading sample designs. Some premium template packs or brand kits may require payment. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Premium purchases are processed by our payment partners. By purchasing you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Local taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Most downloads are available immediately after customization. If you encounter issues receiving files, contact stampdr.com within 7 days so we can help.

Files are provided "as is." You are responsible for checking that exported artwork meets your printer's technical requirements, including size, color profile, and bleed settings.

"StampDr", our logos, and platform branding are trademarks of StampDr. You may not use these marks without written permission except when identifying your use of our services.

If you believe a template infringes on your trademark, notify us with relevant documentation so our team can review and, if necessary, remove the content.

The online stamp maker and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that designs will satisfy legal requirements for every industry or jurisdiction.

StampDr is not responsible for printing errors, misuse of templates, or damages arising from downloaded artwork. Always review designs before sending them to production.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StampDr and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the online stamp maker.

Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for premium templates in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections related to licensing, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We occasionally update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When changes are significant we will post a notice on the site or email registered users.
